This individual will prepare and process regulatory permits, manage habitat restoration and compensatory mitigation, manage the lifecycle of permit scoping, procurement, and negotiations, and oversee construction monitoring, permit compliance, and permit close out. The Regulatory Specialist will manage staff, coordinate with clients, and oversee projects to be completed both on time and within budget.
