Our Manager of Accounts Payable manages A/P and Procurement activities, and team. This role also oversees the company’s travel and p-card program, and collaborates across departments to ensure vendor set up, invoice processing and payments are performed accurately and efficiently.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages and directs the procurement and accounts payable team, including work tasks and monitoring of workflow.
Promotes collaborative procurement and accounts payable efforts to drive efficiency across departments
Manages the 1099 process, which includes prepping the 1099s and collaborating across departments to ensure accurate W-9 information
Oversees and manages the credit card program and related policies. Sets up new credit cards (travel and corporate), provides support and performs monthly reconciliations.
