Read, understand, and incorporate the various operational manuals in training. Regularly collaborate with Regional Managers and Vice Presidents to support the needs of the company through training. Make suggested changes as needed to improve processes. Read, understand, and incorporate the Entrata operational guidelines with Operations training. Design additional training materials as needed or requested by the Vice President. Schedule and conduct monthly/quarterly training meetings or annual meetings, as requested or needed. Schedule all shops for on-site Leasing, Assistant Managers (and Property Managers, where needed). Use in-service, vendor-supported, and outside training seminars to further the skills of on-site staff members. POSITION SUMMARY : The College Success Foundation (CSF) College Coach is responsible for implementation of CSF's College Services program to increase students' college degree attainment levels. The coach supports students with college degree attainment through coaching and other support services. The coach also works closely with campus partners to connect students to available resources and support systems.
