Ronald Taylor Hired as Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Mizuho Americas

Today, Mizuho Americas announced the hiring of Ronald Taylor as Managing Director, Head of Diversity and Inclusion.  The hiring of Taylor signals Mizuho’s continuing commitment to diversity and inclusion and fostering a workplace culture that benefits from diverse life experiences and perspectives.

Taylor's main focus will be to advance and promote Mizuho’ s global policy of workplace equity.  He has more than 20 years of experience in developing, implementing, and expanding diversity and inclusion initiatives. Before Mizuho, Taylor was the Diversity Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of New  York.
