H2M architects + engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm, seeks a Sr. Compensation Specialist or Manager level to deliver exceptional programs and services related to the company's compensation program (including payroll) and related HCM modules. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and work closely with our Benefits and Payroll Specialist. Job Responsibilities Lead the administration of the company's compensation strategy. Includes maintaining and managing the career framework comprised of career path job titles, descriptions and salary ranges. Lead the overall management of the year-end annual compensation cycle.
