Management and processing of sales orders, quote administration and all necessary customers follow up regarding orders and/or quote requests received via email and phone and working in the Genesys system. Maintaining customer portals, assisting accounts receivables, setting up new customer and end user accounts, assisting with returns and working closely with the 3rd party warehouses.
