JOB SUMMARY:     The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Float Pool PRN II position provides comprehensive nursing care to a variety of patient populations across multiple units. The RN utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure quality patient care. This role involves floating to different units as needed, including but not limited to medical-surgical, telemetry, ICU, and emergency departments.
