Description: Position Summary The Clinical Manager will assume overall responsibility for the implementation, delivery, coordination, and supervision of home health services provided on a day-to-day basis. Serves as a clinical and managerial resource for problem solving and the daily delivery of quality patient care. Extensive knowledge of Medicare, State operations and other regulatory guidelines are required. This position supports established goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality care and organizational philosophy.
