Overview Partners with Behavioral Health leadership to implement and monitor behavioral health quality assurance/quality improvement activities, identifies and monitors key performance indicators/program requirements, analyzes and reports on various data indicators and implements and tracks quality improvement activities. Additionally, this position will develop clinical trainings and educational/training materials, as well as conduct presentations to teams. Coordinates the development of policies/procedures and strategies to ensure compliance with federal and state behavioral health regulatory requirements. Objectively and systematically assesses, monitors, evaluates and promotes the improvement of processes that affect the quality of patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance.
