Description: Primary Responsibilities: 1. Model a high energy, world-class service and sales culture within the branch and credit union. 2. Proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and sells First Community Credit Union mortgage products to meet established loan quality and production goals. 3. Continually identifies, develops and maintains a quality network of business relationships that serve as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. 4. Responds to customer inquiries and referrals that are generated from both their own contacts and from other First Community Credit Union business channels. 5.
