We are looking for an RN to join our team at Cottage in the Meadow, a 20-bed in-patient facility that provides hospice and respite care in a home-like environment. A 24-hour nursing staff is supported by hospice aides, chaplains, physicians, social workers and volunteers. In addition to providing nursing care to patients at the Cottage, this RN position requires home visits to both Home Health and Hospice patients, including transfer to the Cottage when necessary.
