Stockton Maintenance Group is looking for a passionate, bilingual, service driven, Front Desk Coordinator to play an important role as the first person our clients and colleagues interact with when visiting or calling our office. Greeting clients and colleagues as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate person. Answer phone in a timely manner and direct calls to correct office person. Handle all outgoing mail as requested (Fedex, USPS, etc.). Maintain web-based documents and spreadsheets such as Google Docs, etc. Assist our Payroll Manager with scheduling and timecard management (digital platform).
