The Exercise Physiologistis primarily responsible for improving the health of children, adolescents, and their families by using exercise for disease treatment and prevention. This position will develop and provide supervised exercise rehabilitation in both the individual and group setting based on patient needs. Will monitor patients and adjust exercise rehabilitation program based on patients' tolerance, mental health, and medical needs. Will communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple service areas to provide the highest level of patient care. Schedule: 6 hours per week . Tuesday and Wednesday 4-7pm.
