Financial Record Services - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (22006254) This position will be part of a team, that is the primary, one-stop point-of-contact for all buy-to-pay problems and questions: - Answering phone calls and email/web inquiries regarding the areas of Buy-to-Pay: Travel Management and Expense Reporting, Payment Processing, Sourcing, PantherExpress System and Purchasing. - Researching University systems (such as Concur, Oracle or the PantherExpress System) for timely, accurate resolution to customer problems or inquiries. - Coordinating between departments in the Buy-to-Pay areas to answer an inquiry or pass the inquiry to one of the department representatives. - Tracking of all customer issues through SalesForce, and ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. - Performing other administrative taks such as document pulls or supplier verification forms review.
