The Coordinator will create a positive learning environment at the Southern 4-H Camp and Learning Center in Alamo Nevada. This position will be responsible for creating a comprehensive camping (day and residential) program and learning experience for a variety of audiences using the facility. The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of all educational programs presented on site at the Learning Center. The Domestic Violence High Risk Team (DVHRT) Coordinator will be responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of DVHRT in their assigned county. The Coordinator will implement the DVHRT based on the evidence-based model developed by the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center (JGCC). The position will develop and implement processes and procedures for intake, tracking, and reporting. The Coordinator will also develop community partnerships, do education and outreach, and implement crisis care intervention. The position may require frequent travel within the assigned locations.

The Coordinator will manage and coordinate services and activities that help students who attend high poverty and low-performing schools improve in academics, attendance, behavior, promotion rates and graduation rates. This position will determine and implement before and after school academic and enrichment programs and oversee the program operations at the school site(s).
