Job Description Summary Responsible for supporting the Controller in maintaining the General Ledger, Balance Sheet accounts and Accounting controls. Additionally, the Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting other areas in the Accounting office, including payroll, income audit, accounts payable, and general cashiering, and ensuring all functions are being performed accurately, on a timely basis and according to hotel policies and procedures. Job Description Perform or assist in the performance of month-end closing. Review general ledger entries, verify trial balances, update commentaries, run financial statements and prepare reports for management review.
