JOB DESCRIPTION The Large Commercial Directors & Officers, Financial Lines Senior Claim Director is responsible for investigating and settling high exposure, high risk claims. Ensures high level of customer service and claim file quality. This is a role focused on technical claim handling for Chubb insured's nationwide. In this role you will manage complex directors and officers, transactional risk and financial institutions liability claims. This role requires an individual to be accountable for the handling and disposition of claims including investigation, coverage determination, reserving, negotiation and settlement or trial strategies.
