Job Summary: The President/CEO of MHM Real Co. is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a project from conception to completion and operating and managing projects, some which may fall within the $50 to $100 million range. The President/CEO plays a crucial role in evaluating potential properties, manage the construction process, and negotiating contracts with contractors and vendors, job structure, financing options, lease up and operations and oversights of operations and asset management.
