Position Summary: Serves as a liaison between the member and the Credit Union, providing a number of member savings, checking and cashiering transactions. Position often provides other administrative and service support duties. Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accept share, share draft and loan payments from members in person and by mail; receipt all miscellaneous cash transactions. Perform transfer of funds between members accounts. Receive cash from sale of money orders and travelers checks. Maintain control register of travelers checks and money orders. Provide routine information concerning credit union services and member accounts in accordance with credit union policy. File membership cards, insurance and loan, and other miscellaneous files and paperwork as requested. Balance cash drawer daily. Assist other Member Service Representatives in running second tapes on checks as needed. Balance office money orders daily as requested. Balance checks for office deposit daily as requested. Review all activities for compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations. Regulations include but are not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering / Office of Foreign Assets Control regulations. Participate in annual training as required by the BSA/OFAC Compliance Officer Perform other duties as assigned

Position Summary : Service members financial and life needs, as well as acquire new members, in regards to the credit unions consumer loans and mortgages. Educate members, and prospective members, on credit union products and services along with cross-selling all applicable products and services through an active outbound calling campaign. Provide members with an extraordinary experience in accordance with the credit unions core values. Position may require non-traditional to connect with members when they are available. Utilize AID,INC process during all member and staff interactions.
