Location: Eden, ID Category: Manufacturing Plant Position Summary The Production Coordinator is responsible for all MAS 500 / Internet transaction entry for the Production, Transfers, Item Assessments, Receipt of Goods and all other inventory control processes. This role works with Supply Chain Business Process Leaders, Supply Chain Planners, and other team members to design, communicate, and implement efficient business transaction recordings into the Standlee Premium Western Forage ERP systems. This position profile identifies the key responsibilities and expectations for performance. It cannot encompass all specific job tasks that an employee may be required to perform. Employees are required to follow any other job-related instructions and perform job-related duties as may be required by his/her supervisor. Key Performance Areas (Essential Functions of the Position) • Advanced Supply Chain Operations – MAS 500 system / Internet Applications – Inventory Control personnel are responsible for the timely and accurate system entry of all Receipt of Goods, Production, Inventory Transfers, and other inventory tracking transactions. The data to be inputted is supplied by Standlee Ag Resources, Standlee Trucking, Standlee Trading Company, and the Manufacturing Plant of Standlee Hay Company. Generally, the data is in paper and / or electronic formats and contains relevant inventory tracking and control information. • Operations Processes analysis – it is the responsibility of Inventory Control to possess an understanding of all product and process flows that generate information from which inventory transactions will be recorded. In addition to data entry, Inventory Control personnel will provide capacity and throughput data to management as well as serve as a resource for trend and inventory position analysis. • Inventory Control – Inventory Control personnel will perform their duties in accordance with sound business and financial practices. It is the responsibility of Inventory Control to report inventory discrepancies as identified during daily data management. • Health, Safety, and Environment- Lead HSE activities with area of responsibility. Be proactively engaged in fostering an incident / accident workplace. • Other responsibilities as defined in the scope of the Premium Forage Business. Requirements • Demonstrated experience successfully implementing business applications, preferably for the SCM functions. • Champions Change. • Challenges the status quo and champions new initiatives; acts as a catalyst of change and stimulates others to change; paves the way for needed changes; manages implementation effectively. • Fosters Open and Effective Communication.
