Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

As a Business Support Specialist, you’ll be working in a team environment to support customers using PRA’s proprietary Predictivv Study Operations (PSO) systems, which include a Salesforce-based CTMS.

We’re taking a fresh approach at the ways in which technology empowers those working in the clinical lifecycle and shaping the future of clinical development. In this role, you will provide a professional, customer-focused service offering, enhancing the user experience of our PSO and CTMS by providing business support to a variety of end-users including doctors, nurses, and clinical research professionals.

You will be serving as a helpdesk contact with a business focus! Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Trouble-shooting tickets logged in a queue.
  • Providing weekly trainings to end-users.
  • Working with study teams to create templates, documents, accounts, and contacts in CTMS.
  • Maintaining the PSO website and Wikis.

Qualifications

What do you need to have?

  • 1 year experience in clinical research or similar position, required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, strongly preferred.
    • Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated above.
  • Prior experience working in a CTMS, strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer orientation with an ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and train others, strongly preferred.
  • Good documentation skills, preferred.
  • Read, write and speak fluent English, required.
  • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.

There is no on-call or after-hour support required for this position.
