We are seeking a Project Manager in Water Resources in St Clairsville, Columbus, or Cleveland OH.

Successful candidates will have experience with most of the following:

  • Work within a drawing preparation software (AutoCAD and Civil 3D and/or MicroStation and Inroads/OpenRoads)
  • 1-D steady and unsteady modeling such as HEC-RAS, HEC-GeoRAS, and similar
  • Hydrologic modeling such as HEC-1, HEC-HMS, HydroCAD, and Autodesk SSA
  • 2-D modeling (RAS-2D, FLO-2D, ADH, SRH-2D and similar)
  • Dam breach modeling and preparation of inundation maps
  • Experience with and knowledge of FEMA requirements (including C/LOMR processing) for flood studies
  • Developing conceptual, preliminary and final designs, including design alternatives, for civil projects related to streams and wetlands, floodplains and dams
  • Providing dam safety services including repair/rehabilitation designs and alternatives analysis including probable maximum flood determination, dam breach studies, development of inundation mapping and preparation of emergency action plans and operation, maintenance and inspection manuals
  • Developing drawings and details to support the design of projects
  • Preparing construction cost estimates and project specifications
  • Conducting construction site inspections including erosion and sediment control and stormwater management

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Water Resources/Civil Engineering with progressive responsibilities

PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
