Position Summary: Service members financial and life needs, as well as acquire new members, in regards to the credit unions consumer loans and mortgages. Educate members, and prospective members, on credit union products and services along with cross-selling all applicable products and services through an active outbound calling campaign. Provide members with an extraordinary experience in accordance with the credit unions core values. Position may require non-traditional to connect with members when they are available. Utilize AID,INC process during all member and staff interactions.
