The Outsource Delinquency Supervisor directs and coordinates the activities of the Outsource Delinquency teams to meet LERETA’s cost, risk, and productivity goals. The role participates in administering company policies and develops goals and objectives for the department. The role ensures adherence to all internal and customer SLAs and accuracy standards while identifying opportunities for process improvement to align individual performance with department objectives.

Manage the payment of Current and Delinquent taxes for multiple lenders · Ensures the timely payment of delinquent taxes by ATR and lender SLA · Ensures the timely processing of Approvals, Follow Ups and Manual review in LDMS · Ensures processors are following all customer business rules · Reduces or eliminate all losses and penalties to meet set budgetary goals · Manages and control assigned special projects in accordance with the Business Partner requirements Participation in the Maintenance, Development and Implementation of Delinquency Technology · Manages and maintain integrity of LDMS · Submits timely PSR requests and justifications · Assists with developing training surrounding all technology changes to current systems Assistance with Management of Delinquency Unit Budgetary Goals · Assists manager with the annual budget and monthly reforecast. · Manages to budget overtime · Maintains reduction of penalty loss Manage performance of the teams · Provides and manage weekly, monthly accuracy goals to team members · Ensures team adherence to all internal and customer SLAs · Recommends and implement plans and actions to develop individual employees · Ensures all assigned employees receive appropriate job training Ensure understanding of all customer business rules, procedures and contracts · Works with compliance team to ensure all changes to existing business rules or procedures are understood and communicated to teams · Ensures requirements, SLAs and special instructions are adhered to within department process · Provides feedback to management on issues or concerns regarding requested changes to current business rules or procedures from customers Additional Duties • Performs data entry, escalates issues, maintains accurate documentation and follows established guidelines ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and achieve department success • Follows established guidelines and identifying opportunities for process improvement to align individual performance with department objectives • Responds to Account Manager or Customers inquiries timely This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department. |
