Job Description

This role is responsible for optimizing sales and client success processes to drive revenue growth, client retention, and account expansion. It oversees the management of the company’s CRM systems, pipeline processes, analytics, and performance reporting, while promoting operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making. In addition, this role leads the entire RFP/RFI process, serving as both project manager and primary company liaison through each stage of completion. By providing effective tools, research, and data gathering, this role ensures the sales and account management teams have the resources and insights necessary to accelerate organizational growth.

 

Sales Operations & Process Optimization

  • Lead all RFP and RFI planning, facilitation, and execution, including managing the content knowledgebase and coordinating internal subject matter experts and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage the sales pipeline and Salesforce reporting, highlighting opportunities for deeper strategic engagement and support.
  • Support Sales and Client Relations teams with Salesforce opportunity management, including data entry accuracy, forecast optimization, page layout improvements, and usability enhancements.
  • Evaluate, implement, and oversee sales tech stack and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
  • Continuously assess and refine sales processes to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance productivity.

Data Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Oversee CRM processes to ensure data integrity, usability, and effectiveness for Sales and Client Relations.
  • Manage pipeline tracking, deal progression, and sales forecasting accuracy to drive revenue growth.
  • Work with Sales and Strategy Leadership to develop and refine sales forecasting models and methodologies to improve predictability and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards that deliver actionable insights into sales and client success activities.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree Business Administration (or related discipline) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales Operations. Prior experience and/or knowledge of the health care industry, and Medicare insight, highly preferred.
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to completion
  • Experience owning the RFP and RFI process
  • Proficiency using Salesforce and experience in training teams to use the tool
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
  • Competence in creating and interpreting dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience in developing and refining sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Familiarity with healthcare-specific sales cycles
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to healthcare sales operations
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
  • Clear and effective communicator – both in written and verbal communication
  • Heart to serve and desire to support a fast-working team pursuing growth

The salary range for this opportunity is $77,300 to $105,000. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
