Position Overview

Miss Hall’s School seeks a full-time/ year-roundDirector of Athletics and Auxiliary Programming who will inspire and lead the Athletics Department toward mission-consistent innovative practices, and who will envision, design and coordinate all auxiliary programming on campus. Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor degree and 2 year’s experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about athletics and physical wellness, committed to the teaching, mentoring, and coaching of young women, and possess a visionary and entrepreneurial spirit in creating programs that align with the goals of the School. The candidate will demonstrate a commitment to cultivating positive relationships across our diverse student body, and will collaborate with members of the Wellness Center to deliver health, fitness, and wellness curricula.

Experience in a school setting strongly preferred along with a demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion and experience serving a diverse/global community required.
