Administrative Assistant/Onsite Office Support - Franklin TN (hybrid)

$21.69 - $28.91 hourly

Job Description

Our Administrative Assistant completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for our Executive Leadership team and our Senior leadership team:

  • managing scheduling, including an active calendar of appointments
  • prioritizing and handling correspondences, some of which may be confidential in nature
  • directing incoming inquiries to other staff as needed
  • processing expense reports
  • managing complex travel plans - itineraries and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
  • coordinating meetings and events for executives, and other details associated with such events

This position requires someone with a great attitude and a can-do frame of mind, a team player who can handle multiple tasks with grace, self-assurance, and is excited by the challenge of a high level of responsibility and visibility in a growing and dynamic company.

We are also looking for someone who enjoys office management responsibilities which may include:

  • meeting preparations on site
  • coordinating catered lunches
  • sorting and distributing mail
  • welcoming visitors who are on site  

Qualifications

  • Prefer 4+ years of experience supporting executive and senior leadership
  • Superior organizational and administrative skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work with the highest degree of professionalism.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, and Outlook.
  • Notary, preferred (or willingness to become a notary)
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as copy machines, scanners, printers, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, accurately, and with discretion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess willingness and understanding of responsibilities associated with supporting senior leaders; this may require early and late working hours depending on projects at hand.

The hourly wage range for this opportunity is $21.69 to $28.91 per hour. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
