Sr Sales Executive, Employer Solutions - remote opportunity

Job Description

Our Senior Sales Executive, Employer Solutions will be responsible for the achievement of company goals by growing sales of our commercial fitness solution to large and jumbo employers. They will be responsible and accountable for developing sales pipeline, executing prospecting strategies and closing new business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Increase Tivity Health’s visibility and presence in the employer market by building high-level relationships with prospective clients and proactively targeting employer clients to increase the number of opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Build and manage direct sales and business development strategy within the employer market.
  • Exceed employer sales goals
  • Improve and refine processes to increase sales to employers
  • Stay “up-to-date” as to changes to employer marketplace including, but not limited to regulatory changes, business models, strategies and factors impacting market and employer competitiveness.
  • Ensuring CRM database contains current information on revenue potential, close probability, etc. for all prospects
  • Developing a solid understanding of the organizational strategies, solutions and services to help employers benefit by implementing our solutions
  • Effectively partner with Tivity Health internal teams to construct mutually aligned (client & business) sales proposals
  • Maintain leadership and accountability of the full sales process through contracting and implementation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of selling services, solutions and/or products into the employer market, with some of those sales having a long and complex sales cycle
  • Experience selling solutions to organizations to effect employee benefits improvement, workplace wellness programs, corporate health initiatives, and other employer-focused health solutions.
  • Familiar with employer benefits economics and total rewards structures.
  • Understanding of corporate benefits and employer health program regulatory environment impacting sales cycles and decisions.
  • Proven and strong track record of building “C Suite” relationships, negotiating, closing contracts
  • Demonstrated experience exceeding sales activity, revenue and profit goals
  • A foundation of executive level relationships to leverage
  • Significant experience in large, complex sales involving multiple decision makers and/or stakeholders
  • Relevant experience in “solution” vs. “product” sales including ROI selling techniques
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Ability to travel 50% or greater

 The base salary for this opportunity is $135,000-150,000 and this role does earn commission. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
