Job Description

Tivity Health is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Director to lead demand generation and product marketing for Tivity Health’s suite of solutions. Partnering directly with our internal sales and growth team leaders, this role will develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy that drives product sales and brand growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketing professional with deep expertise in health plan and commercial employer markets as well as the Medicare health plan market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B marketing strategy including product positioning, value proposition development and audience messaging to successfully build brand awareness and create demand for Tivity Health’s commercial and Medicare fitness solutions
  • Create clear, compelling product positioning that resonates with specific B2B buyers and influencers, translating product features into business benefits and value proposition
  • Identify and develop key buyer and user personas for the B2B buying process, ensuring all messaging effectively targets decision-makers by addressing their pain points, needs and buying triggers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success to plan and execute product releases ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and metrics.
  • Develop sales enablement tools and content (sales decks, data sheets, case studies) that help sales and customer account teams articulate product value
  • Create and drive full-funnel demand generation strategies for nurturing leads and seamless sales handoffs
  • Build data-driven campaigns aligned with sales goals and audience needs. Continuously refine initiatives to resonate with target audiences and ensure cohesive messaging to strengthen market position
  • Own lead-gen content strategy and execution with cross functional development of high-impact content that conveys our value to B2B audiences and showcases our competitive edge
  • Build and drive a B2B lead gen marketing calendar including a comprehensive marketing roadmap and campaign calendar to align with growth goals and key industry moments
  • Own strategy and measurement for utilization of industry events, conferences and webinars to maximize brand exposure and lead gen opportunities
  • Direct PR and thought leadership initiatives with internal and external partners to build industry reputation and solidify our position as a wellness benefits leader
  • Own strategic development, management and optimization of marketing performance metrics and budget allocation
  • Establish cross-functional collaboration with creative, product, data and analytics, digital and brand marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and execution across all channels

Qualifications

  • 10+ Years in B2B Marketing with proven experience collaborating with growth, sales, and executive teams
  • Skilled at translating high-level strategy into actionable, measurable plans driven by data insights
  • Deep experience presenting initiatives, campaign insights, and results
  • Familiarity with commercial and Medicare health plans and employer buying cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field

The salary range for this opportunity is $117,500 to $164,500. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
