John Marshall Bank has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative, Floater, to join our team of qualified banking professionals across our geographic footprint in Northern Virginia, D.C. and Maryland.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide Customer Service Representative coverage across the Branch Network, performing daily teller duties and assisting new and existing customers in the opening of a variety of new accounts, including checking, savings, certificate of deposit, money market and Individual Retirement Accounts. In this position you will assess customer needs and focus on building a lasting banking relationship by regularly promoting, describing and cross-selling bank products and services.
This person is expected to be flexible with scheduling. Travel is required to all the Bank's branches located in Northern Virginia, D.C. and Maryland.
