Provides support and customer service throughout the initial admission evaluation process for incoming undergraduate students. Reviews documentation related to academic credential evaluations and national accreditations; updates and approves according to Florida State Regulations. Supports with Board of Governors (BOG) admissions data updates and file submission processes

  • Provides support in the admission evaluation process for incoming undergraduate students. Reviews official documentation related to transcripts, test scores, updates and approves preliminary evaluations as per State of Florida
  • Regulation and Guidelines.
  • Corresponds with supervisor regarding pending documents throughout the review process via email, phone. Provides customer service to students via salesforce communication platform and University staff as it relates to admission evaluation questions via email, phone or in  person.
  • Supports Admissions Operation leadership with BOG file data updates; collaborates with Admissions Operations Manager to improve BOG data file processes and resolve BOG errors in preparation for file submission.
  • Verifies accreditation information through various resources such as the internal and external research databases of our Student information systems. Maintains confidentiality regarding data/information accessed for purposes of the residency evaluation.
  • Manages a daily query and workflow of pending student cases via ImageNow system. Maintains and updates student records in University's PeopleSoft system as well as through our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Assists the leadership with peak and operations related tasks/projects assigned pertaining to Admission Operations Processing.
  • Performs other related duties as required or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.

Minimum Qualifications:       

  • High school diploma and six (6) years of experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft.
