At WholeHealth Living, we are delivering effective integrative health solutions to allow our members to get back to living the life they love! We specialize in the management of acupuncture, chiropractic care, therapeutic massage, and naturopathy benefits. Our teams develop and manage these networks for our clients, provide clinical and quality oversight, perform utilization management, and facilitate claims processing services. We have seen firsthand the significant impact these services have on the lives of our members as they are managing pain and seeking a more vibrant, healthier life, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to help us expand these services to even more health plan clients nationwide!

Our Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for growing sales of our WholeHealth Living integrative health solutions within the health plan market. You will have responsibility for sourcing and developing leads, nurturing a sales pipeline, executing prospecting strategies, and closing new business opportunities.

Goals of our Senior Sales Executive:

  • Masterfully navigate a complex clinical sales process through effective discovery, prospect nurturing, and impactful communication in emails, calls, and sales pitches
  • Pursue and develop high-level relationships with decision makers at prospective clients and clearly demonstrate the value of WholeHealth Living’s solutions.
  • Build and manage a direct sales and business development strategy within the health plan market.
  • Work individually, with Marketing & Strategist to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of self-insured employer clients.
  • Stay “up-to-date” with changes in the healthcare and integrative health industries, including, but not limited to regulatory changes, business models, strategies, and factors impacting the market.
  • Ensure Salesforce contains timely information on revenue potential, close probability, negotiation details, etc. for all prospects.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the organizational strategies, solutions and services to help health plans benefit by implementing integrative health solutions.
  • Effectively partner within WholeHealth Living and other internal teams across Tivity Health to construct impactful sales proposals and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate across internal teams such as legal, clinical, business analytics, product and account management.
  • Maintain leadership and accountability of the full sales process through contracting and implementation.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of selling integrative health (or related) services, solutions and/or products into the health plan market, with some of those sales having a long and complex sales cycles.
  • Thorough understanding of utilization management, benefits administration, and regulatory/compliance needs.
  • Understanding of the Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Commercial health plan regulatory environment and buying needs that impact sales cycles and decisions.
  • Proven and strong track record of building C-Suite relationships, negotiating, and closing contracts.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals and expectations.
  • Significant experience in large, complex deals with a long sales-cycle involving multiple decision makers and/or stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Personal connection to integrative health solutions and the impact they can have on a person’s health and wellbeing.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity with the ability to innovate and creatively problem solve.
  • A rolodex of executive level relationships within the health plan market to leverage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel 50% or greater.
