This contract position is responsible for processing and administering all practitioner-related data changes and updates in the WHL practitioner data management system with extreme accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data management, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity and quality of practitioner data by implementing and maintaining data validation procedures, conducting regular audits, and addressing data discrepancies promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership and other internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of practitioner data management.
  • Reporting: Work with Network Data Analyst to generate and analyze reports related to practitioner data management, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all practitioner data management practices comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and other data privacy laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in healthcare data management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare practitioner data, including experience with data integrity and validation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in data management software and tools, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, including HIPAA.

This is a contract position. We anticipate 12-months (could change based on business needs).
