Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Oversee the auditing of all received returns into the LFI facilities. Empower and train our Returns team to provide exceptional customer service for our external and internal customers. Through mentoring, innovative problem solving, analyzing and improving systems and processes, facilitate workloads, you will elevate our Returns team to provide the best service.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (Other duties may be assigned.):

  • Benchmarks existing competitors and/or various footwear manufacturer's returns systems/programs.
  • Supervise all LFI Returns personnel.
  • Interpret the cause for returns, review data, trend analysis, report findings, and offer solutions to various departments in LFI.
  • Continuously improve process improving communication, service, and cost reductions.
  • Must be comfortable with a hands-on approach.
  • Monitor and audit Return's customer interactions for accuracy and coaching opportunities
  • Identify training and growth opportunities
  • Prepare and conduct quarterly and yearly performance evaluations
  • Perform other duties, as assigned by Operations Quality Manager

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each of the essential job duties satisfactorily. The employee in this position must frequently exercise regular use of good judgment and be able to lead others and work with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift a box weighing 40 pounds on a consistent basis.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Diploma

Leadership training and/or experience desired

At least 3 years of previous experience required

 

TOOLS/EQUIPMENT USED:

Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access required.

 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

This position reports directly to Operations Quality Manager
