  • This role will require successfully working with and coordinating with multiple departments to find, upload, and deduce lists of leads so they can be assigned to sales reps
  • Will work closely with Business Development, Marketing and Sales to help upload and deduplicate new lists of leads as they come in
  • Maintain updated member lists in Salesforce of various Weave partners
  • Will coordinate with sales leaders to help assign out leads to sales reps once they are uploaded
  • Will own dialer tool used by sales reps (lead assignment, cadence creation, list management, etc)
  • Help source new lead lists for our New Market teams to dial
  • Use deduplication tools to ensure clean data for list uploads
  • Help maintain accurate data of existing Leads and Accounts in Salesforce

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Experience routing leads via Salesforce or other software
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Process oriented - desire to build out and improve processes
  • Love of solving challenges, improving processes
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Light SalesForce experience
  • Experience using Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables, data filtering, etc)
