Manages Information Technology operations in an IT department or in a major function within a department or in a college or central unit of the University. Contributes to strategy within the department/unit and implements systems information technology policy. Establishes priorities, assigns functions, and maintains quality control. Reports to senior management on IT plans, projects, performance, and other related matters. Manages subordinate professional staff.
