Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI)

SIYLI is a leading provider of mindfulness and emotional intelligence training for organizations, working in over 50 countries. Search Inside Yourself was born at Google in 2007 when one of Google’s engineers gathered a team of leading experts in mindfulness, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence to develop an internal course for fellow Google employees lovingly called Search Inside Yourself (SIY). The Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute brings this world renown program and other offerings to organizations and individuals across the world. We aim to help people develop the skills of mindfulness, empathy, compassion and overall emotional intelligence to create the conditions for individual and collective thriving.

With growing demand from organizations to support well being, effective leadership and sustainable high performance, SIYLI is currently looking for someone passionate about our mission to fill the role of Client Engagement Manager. The Engagement Manager role is part of SIYLI’s team that works directly with corporate and large-scale clients to bring the SIY program to the workplace. This is an opportunity to work with highly influential organizations, and to bring these important human skills into the way we work. This is something we try to practice ourselves! We have a unique, affectionate and supportive culture. SIYLI recruits people who are talented, committed, inspired, and great to work with, and have a commitment to self-awareness and personal growth. We then give them the freedom and responsibility to contribute to an effort that’s bigger than all of us.

SIYLI is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, age, veteran status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status or disability. We strive towards and are committed to creating an inclusive work environment and we encourage candidates with diverse backgrounds to apply.
