The Engagement Manager role is part of SIYLI’s team that works directly with corporate and large-scale clients to bring the SIY program to the workplace. Engagement Manager Position
The Engagement Manager is responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with SIYLI customers bringing SIYLI’s program offerings to support organizations’ employees. This role is responsible for all aspects of account and program management — from building and maintaining relationships to submitting proposals to holding logistics needed for program delivery. This position includes revenue/margin responsibilities based on partnerships with existing clients and inbound requests from new clients.
This position will be part of a five-person team that focuses on bringing SIYLI’s programs to corporate clients, and will report to the Director of the team.
