SLI Compliance is an independent division under the parent organization Gaming Laboratories International, LLC. As an accredited lab, SLI Compliance is authorized to perform Health IT testing and certification. In addition, we provide a full range of voting system testing services and election Support Services to international, state, and local governing bodies.

This is an hourly, in-office position with a salary range between $21 - $25/hour. The salary is commensurate with experience.

 

This is a part-time role for approximately 25-30 hours per week.  We are open to discussing different schedule arrangements, as long as it is on a consistent basis, such as three 10-hour days in the office, or Monday through Friday 6 hours a day.

 

What You Will Accomplish Here…

As a Client Services Coordinator you will have the opportunity to play a key role by acting as a liaison between internal departments to ensure that billing requirements are understood and satisfied. This includes reporting on time sheets, project hours, as well as invoice and revenue tracking. We are seeking a professional like you to support our business and department goals while assisting with sales strategies.

 

This position will effectively support the team by focusing on the following: 

 

  • Builds and maintains relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Completes expense reports, including those required by external clients.
  • Reviews and tracks client invoices and may assist with seeking payment from customers with past due balances.
  • Completes project archive review with management to ensure client projects are archived accordingly.
  • Runs weekly voting project reports.
  • Sends surveys to clients per SLI Compliance customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Maintains team and client pages.
  • Purchases materials for client projects (i.e., drives, shipping labels, etc.)
  • Performs client surveillance in accordance with HIT certification requirements.
  • Assists with entering and maintaining customer information in the CRM system.
  • Assists with writing statements of work (SOW) and completing contract agreements.
  • Assists with the preparation of sales information, proposal development, and customer presentations.
  • Assists with the preparation of events, trade shows and other events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a related position is required.
  • Previous experience supporting a sales or business development team is preferred.
  • Proficiency with maintenance and utilization of a CRM system/software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint is required.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties.
