The Center for Academic Innovation at the University of Michigan is seeking a qualified Program Manager to ensure the successful design, development, launch, and operation of Online and Hybrid Degree Programs. Reporting to the Program Management Lead, the Program Manager collaborates with academic unit administrators, faculty, course design teams, and external platform partners to assist in designing, developing and delivering Michigan’s online degree and hybrid programs.

About the Program Management Team
The Program Management team partners with academic units and faculty innovators to develop degree programs and pathways to credit that meet the needs of learners where they are, regardless of where they find themselves in their life, career, or in the world. Supporting units from program conceptualization through launch, we help units analyze what support they need to sustain innovative and exemplary online and hybrid programs that support lifelong learners at U-M and beyond.

The general salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Candidates can expect to be paid a competitive and equitable salary. Factors used to determine salary include experience, knowledge and skills for the position and internal equity within the unit. All candidates are encouraged to discuss salary questions to honor alignment and transparency throughout the recruiting process.
Please Note: This is a 5 year term limited position with the possibility of renewal depending on funding.
This is not a remote position and any adjustments to a standard in-person schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
