The University of Nevada, Reno invites applications for an Education Coordinator for its 4-H Camp and Learning Center. The Coordinator will create a positive learning environment at the Southern 4-H Camp and Learning Center in Alamo Nevada. This position will be responsible for creating a comprehensive camping (day and residential) program and learning experience for a variety of audiences using the facility. The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of all educational programs presented on site at the Learning Center. This position will meet the needs and interests of the various groups and ensure the delivery in a safe and quality manner. The Coordinator will work with and assist the camp and learning center team in securing funding sources in support of programs. In partnership with 4-H camp and learning Facilities Manager, the Coordinator will work to achieve and maintain American Camp Association accreditation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of related work experience; OR a Master’s degree and two (2) year of related work experience
Related Experience: Working with volunteer and youth programs in a supervisory/lead capacity and/or running educational programs in a camp setting
