The Domestic Violence High Risk Team (DVHRT) Coordinator will be responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of DVHRT in their assigned county. The Coordinator will implement the DVHRT based on the evidence-based model developed by the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center (JGCC). The position will develop and implement processes and procedures for intake, tracking, and reporting. The Coordinator will also develop community partnerships, do education and outreach, and implement crisis care intervention. The position may require frequent travel within the assigned locations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of related work experience or a Master’s degree and one (1) year of related work experience. Related work experience: Background in social work, domestic violence programs, human relations experience, conflict resolution, education, or a related field and demonstrated ability to manage high stress situations in a calm and professional manner.
