CrowdStrike is looking for a Diversity Technical Sourcer who has a passion for diversity and inclusion and who will bring creativity, new ideas, past experience and current best practices to our technical sourcing team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Diversity Sourcer with practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, including investing time finding, nurturing and activating passive candidates through a highly engaging and diversity driven approach.

If you have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to track and measure the ROI from research and outreach activities, then we are looking for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional ability to direct source hard to find, niche candidates through a variety of platforms and sources to access a diverse candidate pool.

  • Experience working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.

  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.

  • Ability to compose compelling candidate communications that highlight the exciting technical challenges and incredible opportunities at CrowdStrike.

  • Strategize alternative ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.

  • Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity through exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail while operating with a sense of urgency.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team.

  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers.

  • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques.

  • Experience approaching passive candidates.
