We are looking for an Account Manager/Client Services to come join the 4Wall team!
What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with new and existing customers, as well as the achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives. You will also liaise between customers, internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely and successful execution of the customers needs and requests.
What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of previous customer service and/or sales experience, will be passionate about sales and doing the very best for customers, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively handle stressful situations and meet deadlines. A familiarity with entertainment lighting, video and other, special event equipment is preferred.
