A Day in the Life:

As our Resident Events Coordinator you will provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents. You will be an active member of Alliance Residential Company's team by learning Company policy and acquiring necessary job skills. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude and take initiative to provide exceptional service in coordinating resident functions.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and attend resident functions to include one major monthly function, weekly and daily functions
  • Use marketing to target different demographics and complete market research for desired activities
  • Event to be conducted within policy and property budget
  • Demonstrate effective word processing skills and effectively utilize computer programs
  • Flexibility to frequent change within property, office and Company
  • Flexibility with schedule to include evening and weekend functions
  • Willing to cover other properties as needed

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong Customer Service representation
  • Assertiveness
  • Ability to read and write English fluently
  • Ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions
  • Prior events planning experience preferred
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial, but not required
