Engagement Manager

You will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on the projects you own.
• Be responsible for the project management process, including project planning, scoping, contract development, budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and project delivery. You will understand and consider different approaches to a project and choose/develop the best process to deliver the strongest work.
• Work with clients to understand business objectives, clarify project requirements, manage expectations, and define next steps.
• Collaborate with strategists, data scientists, designers, and engineers to concept, design, and deliver against product vision.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and project processes, identifying and/or developing new tools for project management as needed.

You have:

• 2+ years of experience managing clients and delivering a variety of project types including branding, service design, websites, digital products, and/or other UX/UI initiatives. Agency experience is ideal but not required.
• Demonstrated project management skills. You can build a complex project plan, write scopes, and communicate clearly with internal and external teams on a regular basis.
  An understanding of the needs of designer and developer resources and are comfortable managing and motivating these individuals.
• Expert knowledge of the digital product design/development process and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with and interest in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
