About ULI Colorado
ULI Americas implements its mission through 42 local district councils across the United States. ULI Colorado’s Leadership consists of the leading professionals of local real estate industry. Established locally in 1998, today ULI Colorado has over 1400 members across the various land use disciplines. ULI members include professionals such as developers, architects, planners, attorneys, engineers, brokers, investors and lenders, and government officials. With access to local, regional, and national experts in land use, ULI’s programs provide unparalleled information and networking opportunities. About the Role
The Manager, reporting directly to the Executive Director, will work closely with ULI Colorado’s Chair, Vice Chair, volunteer leadership team, Executive Director, ULI Colorado staff, and volunteer members to oversee the development and execution of a communications and marketing plan, including email marketing and social media, that elevates the private and public sectors’ awareness of ULI Colorado’s brand; program of work; commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in ULI and the real estate industry in Colorado; thought leadership; and community impact initiatives (technical assistance panels [TAPs].

Location and Salary Range
The ULI Colorado staff currently works in a hybrid setting; however, the applicant will be required to reside in the state of Colorado. The salary range for this position has been set at $61,000-$68,000. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and other job-related factors. The range listed is just one component of ULI’s total compensation package for employees which includes a full and competitive benefits package.
