Job Summary

Partners with host accounts and cross-functional partners to identify and schedule an appropriate number of photography dates for upcoming church programs. Completes this task in a timely manner and in accordance with company guidelines, ultimately balancing and meeting the needs of both host accounts and Lifetouch.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follows company guidelines for determining number of days and best dates of photography for an account
  • Monitors dashboard in company CRM for account assignment
  • Negotiates with account coordinators to determine an appropriate number of photography days, and allocates those days in accordance with the company-prescribed process
  • Maximizes workflow and minimizes cost using scheduling tools
  • Accurately completes appropriate documents to communicate days allocated
  • Inputs and updates data and notes into company scheduling software and company CRM
  • Maintains organized, detailed data and system updates of outstanding accounts, thereby reducing and/or eliminating backlog
  • Participates on conference calls or individual calls with cross-functional partners and church representatives to schedule photography days in real-time
  • Schedules add-on days and/or moves photography days as needed in partnership with cross-functional partners
  • Provides weekly reporting to sales and operations partners
  • Represents Lifetouch in a professional manner
  • Performs related duties as assigned

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • Highly-developed customer service skills
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office systems
  • Experience with web-based phone systems a plus
