New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Nashville is currently seeking an Sales Account Executive, who is self-motivated, a team player, goal orientated, and has excellent communication skills.

Position Responsibilities

  • Identify, forecast, and attain sales objectives
  • Meet minimum sales and collections standards.
  • Provide consultation to businesses so that they can meet their training goals.
  • Provide professional product knowledge.
  • Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals for training needs to clients.
  • Assist in registration of initial classes, and explain all lab and testing procedures and policies.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships, including conducting regular meetings to monitor progress through track or program and satisfaction.
  • Make recommendations to maximize the students experience and efficiency.
  • Provide the necessary service required for ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Prospecting new business relationships.
  • Gain a complete and ongoing understanding of the products, programs, certifications and classes available to the prospects.
  • Manage the prospect database through proper procedures regarding follow-up calls, prospect status and account ownership



.Requirements:
  • Highly organized with strong attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Two years + of highly successful sales experience in B2B sales
  • Cold calling prior experience
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Exposure to MS Project, Access, SharePoint, Adobe applications, and Crystal Reports is helpful
