Hall's Culligan in Canal Winchester is looking for a self-motivated, results oriented individual to join our team as our new Warehouse/Utility Trainee! As a Warehouse/Utility Trainee, your daily responsibilities will begin in the Warehouse as you learn the necessary skills for success in your new role. Once trained, you can expect variety in your day, serving as back up and support for our Route department.

Responsibilities

Working as a UtilityTrainee in the Warehouse, your wide variety of responsibilities will include all aspects of bottling and warehouse functions including but not limited to daily warehouse operations, daily plant production, shipping and receiving, inventory, and backing up the Route team as needed.

Warehouse/Plant Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of plant production/water bottling; loading and unloading of empty and full bottles from production line
  • Load and unload all product shipments
  • Periodically clean and organize warehouse
  • Continual maintenance of refurbished coolers and other equipment
  • Provide shipping and receiving duties for outer locations and customers
  • Conduct self in a positive and cooperative manner with coworkers and managers

Utility Responsibilities:

  • Drive a company truck (non-cdl) to deliver Culligan products to area residential and commercial customers according to daily route schedule
  • Offer additional products and services to our valued customers
  • Build strong customer relationships on an on-going basis with the objective of continuing and renewing business
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork on a daily basis.


Qualifications

  • Motivated with the desire to lean and grow with our organization
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to drive for the company
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull a minimum of 45lbs on a repetitive basis and up to 90lbs on Route Deliveries
  • Forklift & Pallet Jack experience preferred
  • Must be able to follow and execute manager instruction
  • Excellent organizational skills a must
  • Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active work environment
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
