We're growing rapidly and are currently seeking a Security Consultant to join our Cyber Risk Advisory team.

What you'll do

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Works with client to identify business requirements and subsequently leads a team in executing of a project to produce solution deliverable(s)
  • Communicates resources needed and collaborates with teams to assign individual responsibilities
  • Identifies and manages project risk and manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Estimates LOE by deliverable and drives team to meet established timelines
  • Effectively applies Coalfire methodology and enforces project standards and continually suggests improvements to program/project productivity
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate
  • Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholders' commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams
  • Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
  • Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions
  • Ability to manage status and keeps stakeholders apprised; Identifies, assesses and resolves issues when possible
  • Encourage an atmosphere of trust, openness and communication and an attitude based on working together and shared objectives
  • Leverages the skills of team to meet defined business objectives


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • 1 year of Agile delivery methodology experience including hands on experience with Agile tooling suite (i.e. Jira and Confluence), as well as In-depth Agile knowledge around specific agile ceremonies
  • Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong systems integration background
  • Experience developing and tracking project schedules using MS Project
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience building and establishing PMO processes
  • Client facing experience
